| Quick 4 miles @ 8:34/mi pace. Solo South on Murdock Canal Trail to 800 looping back on 400 East. Temps were cold @ 38 degrees (at 8am), but I was well dressed for it. Kinda sad to have it feeling like winter. Overcast skies. Didn't make it out yesterday but just had to get a few miles in.

| 4.1 miles @ 9:10/mi pace. South on Murdock Canal to 800 N to 400 E then back. Solo on a cold and windy morning. Felt sluggish even tho' pace wasn't too bad. Was glad to be out by mile 2 but was kinda regretting it in the first half mile. W/O Paul in the early morning, it is harder to get out at 5:30am. Run was shorter because I ran later and didn't have as much time. Temps were at 28 degrees but felt colder with the wind.

| 5.5 miles @ 9:58 pace. Murdock Canal North Loop thru Lindon solo. Ran with Martin Wright for about a mile before he left cause I couldnt hang with his 7:03/mi pace. I was super tired and should have just slept in but thought Paul was going to join me after a week and a half hiatus. Temps were cold but manageable.
