Ran with Larry and Wayne from Mouth of the Canyon to Fort Utah. Caught up with Paul and others at the finish line of the Provo Half. Paul had a smokin' time of 1:29.

Ran up City Creek at noon. Did a quick and relatively hard 6.5 miles in 51minutes. Took me an hour and a half to stop sweating.

Did a night run with the girls. Liz got a good workout, Katy coasted but got a decent workout and I felt like it was really 3 miles when actually it was 6. We did somewhere in the neighborhood of 9:30-10:00 minute miles.

Did the tri-cities route through Lindon and PG. Went solo right before work and then biked to work to our Orem office.

Ran 16.5 with Larry, Wayne and Paul from Trefoil to Utah Lake. I actually diverted at the mouth of the canyon and ran home because I promised Katy I would get out for some miles with her. She was going to get out early with the rest of us, but she couldn't wake up when I tried to wake her. We did 7 relatively quick miles up Provo canyon and back. Liz went with us also. All in all, a a good day for running with just amazing weather in the 80s - unfortunately, a bad day for home projects as I did not get anything else done.

Did get out with D to celebrate our 19th anniversary. In some ways it is hard to believe it has been that long. I don't feel like a newlywed, but certainly don't feel like an old-timer.

Ran the water tank hills with Larry, Wayne and Paul. Paul was "tapering" for Saturday's race and would not chase me up the hills. I summitted 1:10 before Wayne and was pushing hard but holding just a bit back in case someone tried to challenge me up the last hill. On the way back, we picked up the pace for the last 1/2 mile or so at around a 6:05 pace. Paul, of course, was ahead at a 5:50 pace.
