Slow, modified Lindon loop hitting the Lindon Park so I could get just a bit of uphill. Avg Pace was about 8:30.

Feel terrible for not having logged my miles in over a month's time. I have taken off a couple of weeks but have not been gone as long as the holes in my blog would indicate.

I logged a very enjoyable 5 miles with Dash leaving at around 7:30. Should have gone earlier with Paul but was just too tired. Dash was loving the run and had an extra bounce in his step as we ran today. I was feeling more tired than usual though I am sure it is a direct result of my 2 week hiatus. I managed to run around a 8:45 pace though it was very tiring.

Tomorrow I get to hit the hills with Paul. Hopefully he is still feeling tired also and will not push it too hard.
